How many times have you spend hours agonizing over a conversation because you feel that you did not get to say everything that was on your chest? Writing down your emotions is not only quite soothing, it is also one of the best ways to express your anxious thoughts.

Exercise has been found to be quite therapeutic. It releases toxins from your body, helps promote a healthy lifestyle, and relieves stress. One reason for this is that exercise forces you think about other things besides the issues causing your stress.
